I am a developer at heart and I love building complex distributed systems with agile teams. I am passionate about software quality and security. I regularly read and write code in different languages. When not coding, I try to find vulnerabilities in web applications, and preach about secure coding practices to developers. I regularly speaks at agile, developer, security and testing conferences and meet-ups. I am currently a Director of Engineering at Medly, a healthcare company.

Engineering leader with over a decade of experience in building teams at successful startups. Hemanshu was an early engineer at Druva, where he helped build core products and scale the team through the initial growth year. Later he helped grow the Pune Development Center for Cohesity. He currently heads Infrastructure and Security (CISO) at FPL, where he is helping them scale through their next phase of growth.

Priyank Gupta is Solution consultant and Partner at Sahaj. For close to 2 decades he has enjoyed solving hard and ambitious business problems with technology. Priyank is an avid blogger, speaker and trainer for a monthly O'Reilly workshop on Patterns for resilience in distributed systems. He is a strong FOSS proponent, and has contributed to a few open source frameworks. Apart from technology Priyank has played org building roles at Sahaj. When he is not dabbling with code, he is often thinking about ways in which he can influence and catalyse technical growth of senior techies at Sahaj.

Currently I am building high performance team in Technogise. We are sharply focused on adding business value to our clients at every step of software delivery. I have over a decade of experience working with big and small teams solving complex business problems using Agile and Lean methods for startups as well as large scale enterprises. My strong grounding in Technology and keen interest in understanding the Businesses help me solve the business problems using the appropriate technology and also envision new business opportunities created by technology advances. I am a hands on developer and love to get myself involved in tech ops, QA and everything tech. I love pairing with people to code and solve difficult problems!! I am active member in the community, and has spoken in and attended many conferences. Have keen interest in open source software.
